About This Website
I've gathered thousands of photographs from my work and tried to document the most important things on this website for your benefit. The photographs have been taken from jobs that I've done. I've tried to put the most important information at the top of the page. Headings describe following content. Pages may be slower to load because of the pictures, but I've kept the high resolution and number of pictures because they tell so much more than I can write.
This website is my most important and largest job that I've ever undertaken. Reading the pages will probably save you hundreds of dollars over the next ten years. I try to offer home maintenance tips with all the work that I do so that when you contract with me to do work, I meet your expectations and try to exceed them. I also list important questions that you need to ask of anyone who does work on your home. These can save expensive regrets. Also I give you tips on who to hire and what licenses they need to have.
Each service I offer meets the criteria of saving you more money to have the service performed than if you did not have it performed. This also guarantees that I stay in business by offering essential, needed services of high value.
This website is built using PHP scripts that I've developed myself. I've found that people in the know call it a CMS (Content Management System) that allows me to update this website wherever I have Internet access. This allows it to be updated whenever I see more information or pictures need to be added. Hundreds of hours have been spent building it up. At the bottom of each service and informational page is a date showing the last day that page was updated.
Please enjoy the website and use it. I cannot get to every quote request and job that needs done of course, but I try to do my best with the ones I'm able to take. I do work myself (and have an apprentice) so that I know how each job was done, and that it got done right. At the top of the page is a quote request/ ask a question link where you can contact me without directly through the website, no phone or email needed. Please use this first. But also , feel free to call. I answer when I can. Leave a message if you like, but I cannot get to all my messages. In other words, if you leave a message, then I may not have time to listen to it. I've got to work and cannot take all of the calls.
Thanks to all the customers that have trusted their home maintenance with me. I appreciate your continued trust. Please make use of the website and feel free to comment or share important information with me so that I can share it with others.
